Covid-19 refund.
If there are restrictions that lead to the cancellation of HYM2022, You will be refunded 95 - 98% of the amount paid. Should there be any changes to the repayment percentage when we approach the start of the meeting - You will be informed - and then get the right / opportunity to get the 95 - 98% refunded.

Hotel:
We have made good deals with 3 Hotels close to each other - so You easy can book Your hotels at a good price. (You are welcome to check the price out!)
We also offer You shared rooms as well as You can stay together in 3 or 4 person rooms! That gives fun...and save money!
If You don't want to book a hotel through HYM2022, it is of course ok.

Under the item Diabetes, Vegetarian, and Allergy information, you must answer various questions about dietary and allergy considerations.
Advertising package.
Here you can choose our advantageous deductible advertising package.We will show your Company logo on our website as well as in a printed info folder for the HYM meeting. Furthermore, there are several interesting management workshops with professional speakers in connection with the HYM meeting which you can sign up for. You will receive an invoice.
Pretours:
It is hard to say - but we had to cancel the Pretours - because the registrations for the tours are very low....
Sponsor and Serviceprojekt

but shortly explained - with Your sponsor support - we will invite (free of charge) participants from associations entering 41 International....and as
a service project is the setup for HYM2022 based on voluntary and unpaid work effort - and any profits will be donated to one or more service projects in Odense municipality.

If you have registered 2 people - please write the correct for both....

- Cell phone number with country code
- Email (preferably, personal email and not joint / family email),
- Data for both people under Participant information.
Form of payment.
- IBAN / BIC is for International guests.
- For Advertising Package, select invoice - and pay awards with IBAN / BIC.
- Dankort is for Danish participants - with or without an invoice
Please remember the registration number (Invoice nr.), name, phone number, and country on You.
